Titoma offers ceramic solutions in precision molding, precision machining, mass manufacturing and development of ceramic technology.

Some of the materials we can work with are: Alumina, aluminum oxide (AlO2), zirconium oxide (ZrO2), boron nitride (CBN), cordierite (magnesium aluminium sillicate), steatite (magnesium sillicate), boron nitride, silicon nitride, titanium oxide, metal ceramic composite (cermet), SUS630, magnesium.

Using these and other ceramic engineering materials, we can produce high performance, cost effective solutions ranging from ceramic fiber optic components, ceramic insulator, machine tools, ceramic scissors, industrial blades, specialist cutting tools, bearings, bushings and fiber boards.

These ceramic materials can be processed using a wide range of manufacturing methods, including injection moulding, sintering and isostatic pressing.

 

Traditionally, ceramics technology and manufacturing has been concentrated in high cost locations such as Japan, Europe, UK, USA and S Korea. This technology is now developing in low cost Asia countries. Taiwan and China currently offer very good opportunities for cutting edge ceramic technologies, as new processes are researched, developed and manufactured.
