Human Factors: How we do it To understand your users and the contexts in which they will use your products, the Titoma Human Factors Research team conducts strategic field research including focus group research and other interview techniques. Based on these interviews and a usability analysis of your product, the team we will provide you with clear and actionable recommendations for translating your product design into a user experience focused design that will appeal to and retain customers. Our three-tier research design focus: 1. Titoma will discover the features and functionality most desired by your customers. The strategic value of User Experience Research is best seen in the deep knowledge that it provides of your end users and their goals. This understanding is the basis for determining the features and capabilities you must offer. The degree to which user needs are met will translate directly into customer loyalty and sales. Tactically, the design and implementation of these features and capabilities must be intuitive and easy for end users. User research during development will ensure this end. 2. Titoma will identify those elements that will create a positive user experience. With competition constantly nipping at your heels, the need for user-friendly product design is only part of the more comprehensive need for a positive user experience.
